Residence Dolce Vita it is situated in completly reconstructed and historic buildings and offer twelve apaprtments entirely furnished in italian style.

As a big advantage of the residence is the lokality which allow availability to the historical centre of Prage within ten minutes. Other unforgettable advantege is it the facilities of appartments which appreciate especialy clients who arrive at pratur for a job, studies, academic exchange programs like Erasmus, long congresses end workshops. Of course we can´t forget on posibility to use our private parking becouse in new „zones" of  Prague are realy a big problem to find a parking place.

Appartment are divised on following categories: 3 + KK, 2 + KK,  1 + KK. In fifth floor are placed twoo attic appartments. All of them are furnished by kitchen corner with fridge and frazor, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, dinner corner and sofa.

The bulding has in total five floor and it is furnished with personal elevator. In hole structure are double windows which ensure sound and termal isolation of appartments. Behind  a residence it is placed a backyard , which is available for a clients and where is it also mentioned parking
